Pick any empty tile and pay the listed price — that's it, no deposit. The tile is yours. You have 20 minutes to set your buyout multiplier (1.2×, 1.5× or 2×) before anyone can take it.
Get bought out? You win.
Set your multiplier and anyone can take your tile by paying that price — you receive 98% of it instantly. The 2% fee splits automatically: 1% flows equally to all tile holders as passive SOL rewards, 0.4% to the grid creator, 0.6% to the treasury.
